Saxon recommends this level for “average 6th graders and bright 5th graders.” It may also be appropriate for 7th graders or older who find math challenging or have gotten behind. We will cover multiplication, division, fractions, word problems, area, decimals, percent, negative numbers. There will be a test once per week which the student will take at home and the parent will grade. Homework will take about 45 minutes per day.
