Offered Fall Semester:

Speech 101 is taught by Julie Frantz. Mrs. Frantz has a BA degree in Broadcasting and a minor in Biblical studies from John Brown University. She has participated in speech competition from Jr. High through the college level. Julie Frantz has worked in radio, television, public relations, and fund raising. She currently has a business called Everyday Etiquette in which she conducts presentations on manners and social skills.

The class will cover the fundamental elements involved in developing and communicating an oral presentation. The student will not be required to participate in speech competition.

Fee:
The cost for the class is $66.50 which includes all supplies, course instruction, and a field trip. Note: $30 minimum of the total fee is due by the second week of class. The remainder of the fee is due by the mid point of the semester. Thank you.
