We will be working with abstract and graphic design, allowing the children to be creative by trying different techniques such as, ink, paint, art pencils and other materials. They will enjoy sculpturing their two dimensional design into a three dimensional clay piece, we will have fun using different tools to be able to sculpture the clay. We will also learn and enjoy how to draw cartoons. Each child will be able to go at their own pace based on their level of art skill.
God has created each of us with our own unique style and rhythm, and my goal is to inspire the children to develop their gifts and enjoy the different perspectives of art. I pray they will gain an understanding through their own artistic creations more about the heart of God as our creator, and how much love and care He had when He created each of us as a masterpiece of His creativity.

Portfolio to hold and keep art work I've loved art since I was a little girl and continued to develop my passion and skills through out my school years. My favorite area of art has been for drawing and painting. I have taken art classes at Harper College, and have enjoyed Design 1and 2, which introduced me to the fascinating medium of clay sculpturing. I have also continued my passion for drawing with classes in Drawing 1 and 2.
Being a mom of four I rarely have opportunities to spend as much time as I would like being able to use my creative art gifts So, I am very excited about having a dedicated class time to work with and be creative with Heritage students in pursuing and growing in the appreciation of Art/Sculpture and Design together.
